Be sure that we are taking all the necessary measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19, continuing to offer you a fun ski station, where it is good to ski!

We adapt our services, according to the alert level in which we are, according to the health plan proposed by the ASSQ and approved by the Santé publique.

Belle Neige is currently in red zone.

January 9, 2021 +

Concerning the suspension of some of our activities, here is our position and our policy regarding the various reimbursement requests, following the new government measures announced on January 8.

1. Our operations still continue

As long as no official announcement is made from the government regarding the continuity of our season, we continue to operate the ski resort, according to our safety operational plan of December 15:

→ Daily ski tickets are on sale, in limited quantities and online only.

→ Membership holders have priority acces to the mountain. Acces remains valid, depending of the type of subscription.


2. Suspension of some of our operations until February 8:

We inted to resume our normal operations after February 8. There are still several ski days left and we would like to restart the snow school programs after this date. All programs will be moved to a later date:

→ Ski or snowboard lessons/5 week subscription:
Program starting on 9 or 10 January postponed to 20 or 21 February
Program starting on 16 or 17 January postponed to 13 or 14 February
→ Ski or snowboard lessons/10 week subscription:
Program starting on 9 or 10 January postponed to 13 or 14 February
→ Private lesson:
Please wait our call. We will communicate with you to discuss of all the different possibilities.

3. Refund request

People wishing a credit according to our 2020-2021 season cancellation policy, can request it by email: info@belleneige.com Please, make sure that your name, date of birth and phone number are mentioned. However, be advised that once reimbursed, you will not be able to subscribe again. Credit is irreversible.

→ Season pass:

A member who already started his ski season will not be able to get a refund.
Cancellation policy detailed below will be automatically applied. Value of the credit issued in the form of a gift card will be based on the number of skiing days used with the subscription. (See the grid below)
In the event of a season shutdown by a government order associated with the Covid-19, the following credit will be apply.

→ School & Competition clubs

For the snow school and competition team programs, customers who desire can request a credit on their purchase or a refund at any time, as long as the first lesson has not started. (Administratives fee of 50$ + taxes will be charged)

In the event that the program has already started, customers wishing to request cancellation will receive a credit equivalent to the numbers of ski days remaining in the program. (Administratives fee of 50$ + taxes will be charged)

In the inability from Belle Neige to offer a postpone lessons and/or training before the end of the 2020-2021 season, a credit will be issued for lessons that have not be done. In this case, no administrative fee will be charged.

COVID SYMPTOMS?

We look forward to your invaluable collaboration, at the slightest sign of symptoms of Covid-19 (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, soreness) for you or a member of your immediate entourage, please stay home and do not go to the station.

INTERREGIONAL TRAVEL

We remind you that interregional travel is not recommended.
Everyone’s responsibility for the instructions applicable to their level of residential alert will be requested and presumed.

FACE COVERINGS

Regardless of the alert level, Public Health requires the use of face coverings at all times:

Inside: Face coverings are mandatory for all persons aged 10 years or more.

Outside: Face coverings are mandatory for all persons aged 3 years or more.

PRIORITY TO SUBSCRIBERS

Season pass holders will have priority access to the slopes. The number of tickets available per day will be limited to avoid excessive traffic on the site.
